The battle of minds - Jesse Hyttinen

Updated: Apr 21, 2021

Hi and welcome to the Matladpi blog!

Have you ever wondered what it would look like, when two great minds fought each other? The history of science has great examples of these. I myself want to create a world where the battle of two minds would be a spectacular magic show, and the world of treespeak fits rightly in this role.

When two gifted ones meet, their mutual interaction could be a change of knowledge, or even a deadly battle. In this battle scenario, the first one attacking with treespeak gets to choose the tree type and form. After the initial attack, the opponent must spell the next form. Should this opponent succeed, the initial attacker must then spell the next form and then the opponent must spell the next form et cetera. Everything happens in the tree generation algorithm's order.

During the battle, the spell intensifies with every spelling that succeeds, and possibly, with one of the combatants finally failing the spell, could lead to that combatants death. The greatest mind lives. Such is the nature of the world of treespeak.

I am Jesse Sakari Hyttinen and I will see you in the next post!

One theorem started it all - Jesse Hyttinen

In the world of treespeak, the use of mathematical spell casting started right after the theorem of sum forms was discovered. Trees are, after all, partitions. But the quest for mastering treespeak is
